FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What carriers do you use for shipping?

Generally, wheels are shipped via freight (pallet); especially 22" and bigger. Shipping to a commercial address (local tire shop for example) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for safe and proper delivery.

RETURNS

-Returns are not accepted as they were custom built for you and your vehicle. Orders CAN NOT be cancelled once order is placed. 

WARRANTY

-Lucid Forged is not responsible in any way for installation errors/damages. 

-Lucid Forged is not responsible for fitment issues if the information submitted for the vehicle was incorrect.

-Lucid Forged is not responsible in any way if wheels are not installed correctly and result in any damage.

-Warranties are given only to the original purchaser of Lucid Forged Wheels whether ordered directly from us or an authorized dealer. If you buy a set of LF wheels secondhand, this warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims (replacement or repair). 

-Lucid Forged Wheels are warranted to be structurally free of defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the wheels. The powder coated wheel finish is warranted for a period of one year from the date of delivery under typical operation. Polished finishes especially require regular maintenance and neglect will result in a denied claim. Automated car washes and generic cleaning supplies should be avoided to maintain proper finish.

Want to sell our wheels? If you own an automotive shop, or work at one, please visit the "Contact" page and provide your information. Once received, we can provide a dealer application. If approved, we will reach back out to you to confirm. Retail location STRONGLY recommended. Online-only companies will have to be verified.
