FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I need tires also, can you ship a setup mounted and balanced?

-While we do sell tires, we HIGHLY recommend having us ship them separately. The risk of damage increases significantly when wheels are not safely packaged in their boxes. Tires that are mounted and full of air can be cut in transit resulting in damage and the need to be replaced. Wheels that are mounted have a chance of being scratched or marred in transit. Complete setups are shipped via freight on a pallet. Wheels depending on size can either be shipped via freight on a pallet or UPS. Or, you can pickup locally if you want, in Northeast Georgia or we can deliver with our own courier.

 

What carriers do you use for shipping?

Generally we use UPS. We find them to be the most reliable. If you'd like them shipped via Fedex or freight shipped (Pallet) send us an email BEFORE ordering. Or, as stated above, we can deliver with our own courier.

 

Can you do beadlocks?

Yes, we can do real beadlocks on all "Off Road" designs and some "Concave" designs. We have not tried to do any on our "Show" series.. yet :)

 

I need wheels FASTER than your lead times! What can we do?

If you want to jump the queue of customers that are in front of you, we will have to charge. Generally it costs about $200 to knock off 1-1.5 weeks.

 

RETURNS

-Returns on custom sets (special powdercoat, offset, or logos) are not accepted as they were custom built for you and your vehicle. Special/custom orders CAN NOT be cancelled once order is placed. Standard wheel orders can be returned only if the wheels have NOT been mounted onto a tire, and in original packaging. Customer responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.  

WARRANTY

-Lucid Forged is not responsible in any way for installation errors/damages. 

-Lucid Forged is not responsible in any way if wheels are not installed correctly and result in any damage.

-Warranties are given only to the original purchaser of Lucid Forged Wheels whether ordered directly from us or an authorized dealer. If you buy a set of LF wheels secondhand, this warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims (replacement or repair). 

-Lucid Forged Wheels are warranted to be structurally free of defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the wheels. The powder coated wheel finish is warranted for a period of one year from the date of delivery under typical operation. Polished finishes especially require regular maintenance and neglect will result in a denied claim. Automated car washes and generic cleaning supplies should be avoided to maintain proper finish.

If approved, we will reach back out to you to confirm. Retail location STRONGLY recommended. Online-only companies will have to be verified.
